In 2019 Qiaohu pioneered the full chain management of consumer operations, pulling the efficiency of undertaking through thousands of people and rights, with such case play selected as an industry benchmark in the Tmall Ecological Service Provider Report. In the same year, Bicheng linked up with Alibaba's AI lab to achieve the development of intelligent new products, contributing more than 10 million to the Black Friday (Double 11) that year and increasing the youthfulness of users by 9%.

In the past three years, Bicheng has achieved the unification of quality and effectiveness through platform marketing IP, and hit the rejuvenation of the brand.
